Josh Felber is the driving force behind FLBR Motorsport, the family-led program supporting Cash Felber’s rise through open-wheel racing and into the 2026 Formula 4 Championship. From the moment Cash said, “I want to race,” Josh went all in by building a full-scale racing operation from the ground up. He handles scheduling, coaching, partnerships, logistics, and strategy.
With a background as a 5x Inc. 5000 entrepreneur and 2x Emmy-winning filmmaker, and multiple 8 figure exits, Josh brings structure, discipline, and marketing savvy to FLBR.

Coach Enzo Mucci
Mindset and Performance Coach Enzo Mucci brings something most racing programs overlook: the mental side of competition. Cash trains not just his body and car craft, but how he thinks, responds under pressure, and shows up every day regardless of results.

A Top-Tier Junior Formula Team Founded in 1989, Fortec is one of Europe’s most respected junior teams, boasting wins and titles across Formula Renault, F3, and British F4.
